BALLY Villemot Collection 2009 The Villemot group is based on a Bally advertising poster created by Bernard Villemot in 1982, entitled ‘The Bally Blonde’.

Villemot is a women’s product group that crosses all 3 categories, ready-to-wear; including jeans, printed silk t-shirts, leather and suede jackets and vests, and silk scarves.

Five different styles of handbags bags including a full range of wallets, cosmetic bags, organizers and key chains, and of course shoes in vibrant satins including, ballerina’s, flat sandals, peep toe pumps and flirty wedges.

Bernard Villemot was one of the finest French poster artists of all time, particularly distinguished for excelling in a period when photo lithography was in widespread use. Colorful, clever and cheerful, Villemot's strength lies in his ability to reduce all messages to simple lines and bold colors, combined with an engaging and irresistible charm.

Villemot won every award in his field including the prestigious Martini Gold Medal. His work was exhibited in retrospectives at the Musee de Arts Decoratifs in Paris in 1966 and at the Biblioteque in Paris in 1981.

His work is still highly sought at auctions to this day.
