Mascotte. Opening of franchise shops in Nizhni Novgorod

Company Mascotte (Great Britain) plans to open in Nizhni Novgorod no less than two franchise shops. As have informed IA REGNUM in the company, the total amount of investments into opening one shop makes about $200 thousands. Buyers of franchise needs to have a trading room by the area from 80 up to 100 sq. m, a lump-sum payment is required at a rate of $2 thousands. Franchise is also obliged to enclose about $50 thousands into repairing and re-equipment of a shop and $150 thousands for purchase of the goods. Monthly payment, makes 3 % from total proceeds, but it doesn’t raise during first two seasons. Requests for manufacturing the footwear Mascotte places at several Russian factories and at one in Slovenia. Now network Mascotte consist of 30 shops. From them 20 are it’s own and 10 of franchise formats.
